Modern hotel, free breakfast with a lot of choice, favourable location near all the activities we had planned. Location so close to restaurants and stores and nice shopping area. Nearby Frank's Press Box - great place to chill out: )

Impressive & beautifully maintained rooms with clothes everywhere and a King bed, for instance. With a microwave oven, tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge.

The service was excellent, and I had 2 great nights at Hampton Inn & Suites Lansing West. the hotel's location is ideal, situated just next door to a safe and nice shopping area and Horrocks Farm Market.

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and quickly resolved any issues that arose during my stay. They even went out of their way to make sure the WiFi was working properly despite a small glitch in my name. The location of the hotel was perfect for a quiet setting, with a large indoor farm market nearby. The room itself had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed, pull-out sofa sleeper, refrigerator, microwave. The bathroom was spacious and well-designed, and the breakfast offered a good variety of hot and cold options. Despite some minor inconveniences caused by other guests, the staff took immediate action to address the issue. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great location, just a 5-minute walk to Delta Township🚶. the breakfast spread is impressive with a wide variety of dishes🍳. Would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks a bunch!
